Transparent pricing – our rates explained
Plumbing and Gas Work
- Initial Call out including 15 minute assessment: £90 + VAT
- Per 15 minutes thereafter ( on-site or travelling for materials): £17.50 + VAT
- Boiler Service: £90 + VAT
- Landlords Gas Safety Certificate: £70 + VAT
- Gas Fire Service: £90 +VAT
- Boiler and Cylinder Service: £150 + VAT
- Multiple Gas Appliances Serviced Together: Discounted price upon request
Cancellation Policy
- Call-outs cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a £30 + VAT cancellation charge.
- Larger works cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be subject to a £100 + VAT cancellation charge
Manufacturer Instruction Policy
If a service cannot be completed due to missing manufacturer’s instructions, we will:
- Carry out basic safety checks only, and
- Charge the call-out fee plus hourly labour rate.
Larger Works
- Larger works (over £1,000) will require a 50% deposit on the day work is scheduled to commence.
- Materials (over £1,000) will require a 100% deposit before materials are purchased.
Rubbish Disposal
- 8 Yard Skip Hire – £400
- White Goods – £50
- Individual Items – Price upon request
